Dear Alnahdi

I am sorry that you must be really worried right now. But the thing is, I would need more information about your problem so that I could try to help you in any way I could possibly do. Your letter is quite confusing Alnhadi.

The way it seems to me, you are looking for a job and this person offered you one and then he made a contract letter from which you signed and now he has not contacted you again about the job and now you are worried. – This is the best case scenario by the way.
If this is not the case kindly enlighten me more with your problem and make a lengthier letter with more understandable content and tell me your story.

Should you’re your case already been solved then I am very happy for you. If not, then I am looking forward to hearing you again and let’s try to come up with a solution to your problem.
Sincerely,

Craigslist have grown in very rapid rate this last couple of years and when normal people see that something is good scammers and the people behind spam are not late to follow.

Bad webmasters use Craigslist for spam

Some forums have bad webmasters and they have huge sections of post on how to make the normal Craigslist user to either click, buy or do something for them. They also built special software that can do anything from post to flag other people’s posts. They also have special software to answer your email after a while so it looks real.

Now luckily for us these webmasters normal do not sell anything but they are more interested for you to click on their advertising or give them your email so they can get paid for the third party.

The so called Nigerian scammers are more of a threat to people in general since they are trying to scam people of their money in many different ways.

Rent a house scam

Just last week I got a email answer about an house because I was looking to buy one and soon this nice old lady have explained for me that she wanted to rent or sell me her house in my country. She said she could not talk so she had to use computer to communicate and that she would take money from WU and then send me the key with FedEx.

I asked for some photos of the house and she sends me some nice looking photos and description of the house and it is my belief that she got these photos from a property website somewhere in that country.

Hello,

Thanks so much for your time taking to write back here to me ,Well this is what i have for you if you will like it..Here is a little description about the home…

Sunset villa is one of the home of villas set in the hills behind Kata bay, about 3min drive to the beach. It is in a secluded position surrounded by mature shrubs and trees and the swimming pool is entirely private. Facing West it has good views out over the Andaman Sea. The accommodation comprises 2 large master bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with a double bed; 1 medium sized double bedroom; and 1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds which can be put together to make a double. All have air con and are en-suite with the 2 large rooms having a bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s + free WiFi. Upstairs there is an impressive large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and, facing the ocean, a large 40 m2 covered veranda. There are 3 sitting areas, 2 dining areas, and a large fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast table. Outside is a garden with many mature trees where one can sit in the shade, and a large terrace where children can play safely.

Location: Phuket < Thailand
Nearest Airport: Phuket at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1500.0 Metres
Car: recommended

Kata beach is probably the most beautiful beach in Phuket. It is near golf courses, shopping malls, sailing and marinas, diving centers, many shops, spas, gyms, health centers, hospitals, and many restaurants and bars. Not far off is the nightlife center of Pa tong where go go bars, discos, restaurants, shopping malls and many other attractions jostle together for the visitors attention. During the day horse riding, paragliding, tricking, golf and many water sports are available. And if you want a cheap suit, wedding dress, or kimono, there are tailor shops a plenty.

Thanks i will wait to hear from you asap

I then moved on to asked for the rent and she told me a below average rent and I actually started to almost believe her. When I asked for an ID card or something before sending money she just said that “ohh why I would scam you” and did not mention it again.

Hello,

Thanks so so much for the mail here and how are you doing,Well as you must know that the house is ours and we do not give what dose not belong to us to people, you have nothing to worry about on the house cos it has being ours for so year and we both reside there there after we went to USA for my treatment in my Mother’s Home….

So if you still want us to move forward let me know and please do feel out the form i gave to you
Thanks
God Bless You

I then moved on and asked for an address of the house saying that my family was living pretty close to this house and they wanted to take a look outside. She was not so fond of that and she replied that I could look at the house when I moved in.

Hello Pim,

Thanks so much for the time taking again to write to me here once again but i will like you to check your mail and you will see it there,i sent it to you the other time,i describe the house for you so you are free feel to go there and check the house at your liesure time..

Thanks for reading along

God Bless You

I insisted on seeing the house but I will give up soon and send her the money (not) just to find out where she is and how I can catch her / him in the act or country the scam guy girl is in. For the moment she does not reply to my emails any more.
