			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A way for domain scammers to get your money is to trick you into they are selling domain and it’s a valued offer. Since the domain scammers not actually doing anything illegal it is difficult to press charges they just sell you over priced domains.</p>
<p>They many different scripts and programs in place to send you spam letters daily and customers in EU and USA can be sure they will get normal mail as well.<br />
These domain scammers can survive because most people do not know how to register a domain and they trust people when they trying to sell them something they want.</p>
<p>An email that the people that commit domain fraud can look like this:</p>

<p>I&#8217;m Kathy Wolfe, an Internet developer from Washington, D.C.  I&#8217;m<br />
writing to let you know that I am making the domain name<br />
internetspampolice.com/.net available for acquisition for below market value. I<br />
noticed that you own a related name and thought you might be<br />
interested.</p>
<p>If you would like to consider acquiring internetspampolice.com.net please reply<br />
to this message with interest no later than Tuesday.  I<br />
would be happy to discuss a price that suits your budget.  I should<br />
note that this domain name is for sale on a nonexclusive, first-purchased basis.</p>
